The responsibility of this Division is to prepare researches about: 

Researches in Islamic economical and financial systems.

Socio-economical researches.

 Enhancing quality of the education, guiding the culture and social issuesIslamic political aspects of governments, companies and associations. 

Preparing and evaluating business projects and rendering those services to the horn of Africa region as whole and Somaliland/Somalia in particular.

Evaluating company products and services and familiarizing Islamic trade system and services among them.

 Preparing company/organization’s bylaws, organizational structure and applicable procedures.

Preparing feasibility study researches and business plans in Islamic perspective.

Currently obstacles encountered by society particularly these concerned about environment economy and education, as well as, solutions applicable to such matters.
