How The first day will deal with thinking strategically about your business and managing your organization to realize your goals. The final day will focus on the challenges of execution. You will use strategic implementation tools to analyze your challenges and start to design responses. These tools will focus on many of the challenges you face, such as determining objectives from key result areas, developing action plans and leading innovative change. They serve as tools to help translate your learning into concrete plans and actions, as well as to engage your organization and team back at the office.
